All orders, dispatches, and deliveries are managed and fulfilled through the Cravyon distribution network.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
All payments must be made through approved payment methods (NEFT / UPI / Bank Transfer).
For distributors, payment duration is 5 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.
5. Order and Dispatch Policy
Orders placed through the Cravyon Store or authorized channels are processed within 1–3 business days.
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
